The Cross Quarters, ongoing series of 3 minute, quarterly 16mm rolls, 2009-

Starting in 2009, four times a year, Christopher Becks, Alexander Stewart and I shoot 100-foot rolls of 16mm film. We shoot them on the four cross-quarter days, which are halfway between a solstice and an equinox. The four cross-quarter days are Imbolc (February 2,) Beltane (May 4,) Lughnasadh (August 3) and Samhain (November 5.) We each shoot our rolls wherever we happened to be on each cross-quarter day and of whatever we want.
