Sedna, 35mm,
silent, 2.5m (excerpt)
I sat outside and used a lens to funnel the sun onto the surface of a
roll of black 35mm film, puncturing its opacity with our star's focused
projections.
Some mythologies record the
stars as pinpoint ruptures in the night sky or fireflies that flew too
high.
Light, lens, film support: a reductionist cinema, a cosmological film.
